The RWANDA UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY (RURA hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has funds towards the cost of SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, TRAINING, TEST AND MAINTAIN A MEDIA CONTENT MONITORING EQUIPMENT.
Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.
RURA now invites bids from eligible bidders to provide the following services: SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, TRAINING, TEST AND MAINTAIN A MEDIA CONTENT MONITORING EQUIPMENT. More details on the supplies are provided in the bidding document.
